One of the fastest rising and most visible fashion brands in Zimbabwe, Reynard Arnold, aims to break into the international markets.

Founded in 2019 by Reynard Muvhimi and his sister Chiedza, Reynard Arnold has been described as a slow fashion brand which was established to have a brand that has modern day tailoring and speaks to Zimbabweans and can be benchmarked by other international brands.

Chiedza Muvhimi said, “Our vision is to revolutionise the fashion industry in Zimbabwe and across the African continent.
“Zimbabwe is mainly dominated with retailers who are getting garments from Europe and Asia, leaving us with no brands that we can proudly associate ourselves with and we want to bridge that gap.”

According to Muvhimi, the Harare based design label is aimed at adding style to their clients.

She said, “Our target market is a stylish lady and a gentleman, who appreciates style and class. We offer ready to wear clothing, couture fashion and we recently started doing corporate wear.”

The product that drew this writer to the brand is the gym wear to which Muvhimi said was just one of their many products.
She added “Our products speak quality and elegance, hence our products are made by expert hands with quality crafted in every detail.”

Barely two years after being formed, founder Reynard Muvhimi was selected as one of business connect 40 under 40 iconic pacesetters list of 2021.

As a brand, Reynard Arnold was selected by the entrepreneur magazine as one of the top 10 startups to look out for in 2022.
