Controversial war veteran Cde Blessed Runesu Geza is reportedly on the run, evading arrest by Zimbabwean authorities.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have issued a manhunt for Geza, who faces multiple charges, including undermining the authority of the President, incitement to commit public violence, and theft of three vehicles.
Geza’s legal troubles have escalated following allegations of fraud, perjury, and corruption. He is accused of failing to pay US$1,250,000 for a piece of land in Harare, leading to a civil case against him. Additionally, he is alleged to have intimidated and harassed prosecutors and police officers involved in the case.
