National University of Science and Technology today conferred President Mnangagwa, who is also the university’s Chancellor with a Doctorate in Philosophy of Education. The conferment was presided over by Vice-Chancellor Professor Engineer Mqele Dlodlo during the institution’s 25th graduation ceremony.
