Exiled white commercial farmer, Paul Westwood has blasted outspoken Norton legislator, Temba Mliswa accusing him of corruption.

Westwood said Mliswa could not address graft issues in the country as he defrauded him.

This follows a press conference in which Mliswa accused local businessman, Conrad ‘Billy’ Rautenbach and Harare Provincial Minister, Oliver Chidau of corruption.

Mliswa described Rautenbach as a crook saying, “the minister (Chidau) said , l have interest in this issue, l say it is him who has interest.

“Billy is a crook, l have always maintained that. He is corrupt.”

However, in response, Westwood said Mliswa cannot be a champion of anti-corruption as he himself is more corrupt.

Westwood said he lost everything to Mliswa who defrauded him of his company Noshio Motors incorporating Benbar/Tromps.

Westwood said, “Temba Mliswa maliciously damaged my personal vehicles, property and furniture. He harrassed, intimidated, threatened, forged documents and used a “FAKE BANDA TRUST” which was drafted by his lawyer at the time Mr G.N.MLOTCHWA. Mliswa used this “Trust” to illegally open a Premiere bank account without my knowledge and/or approval. He forged documents and drafted a new CR14 and share certificate. He made FALSE POLICE REPORTS with trumped up charges. He CRIMINALLY DEFAMED ME in the press and social media. He ABUSED his position as Mashonaland Chairman of the ruling ZANU-PF.”

Westwood also claimed that Mliswa went as far as threatening to sexually assault his family.

“He threatened to Rape my Belgian wife kidnap my two Belgian boys AND KILL me. He sent in un-marked cars to our home. I had to remove my boys from school am claiming damages.”

Speaking to Bustop TV, Westwood said he will pursue his stolen fortunes and would want compensation from Mliswa

“From 18 December 2009 to date. In excess of US$4.2 million,” he said.

In June 2011 Mliswa was acquitted on charges of trying to forcibly wrestle Noshio Investments, a million-dollar vehicle accessories company owned by British businessman Paul Westwood.

Westwood alleged that Mliswa bribed the presiding magistrate Never Katiyo who suddenly acquired a US$12 000 car while on a US$200 a month salary.

He also alleged that the then Presidential Affairs Minister and former Zanu PF party heavyweight, Didymus Mutasa played a key role in the acquittal of Mliswa and his co-accused Hammarskjold Banda, Brendaly Banda, Alfred Mwatiwamba, George Marere and Martin Mutasa (Mutasa’s son).
