Cape Town based Zimbabwean model, Ennetty Delane Chikukwa is empowering fellow models with different talents.
Chikukwa through her agency titled Signature Queen Modeling and Character Agency has introduced empowerment workshops for her colleagues who have taken interest in the arts industry.
In an interview she said she managed to empower other models through a recently held pageant.
Contestants were competing for the Queen of Teen Miss Ambitious Capetown 2021, Miss Ambitious Cape Town 2021 and Mr Ambitious Cape Town titles.
King Tinashe Chida was crowned Mr Ambitious Cape Town 2021 while Lucas was the first prince and Otnel the second prince and runner up.
Nobuhle Ngubani was crowned Miss Ambitious while Mihlali was crowned first princess and Onika was crowned second princess and Merrylin Makuni was crowned Queens of Teen Miss Ambitious while Beulah was crowned first princess and Ahluma second princess.
“The pageant was held to empower young people and to also find brand ambassadors for our brand who can represent well in all aspects and growing the SGQ brand.
“We are going to be hosting workshops for the models so that we can groom them into beings that change their communities and their own lives.
“The modeling agency was founded in 2020 and started being operational in 2021 and has two branches; one in Johannesburg and Capetown. It is a modeling and character agency not only focusing on modeling but on movies etc and all talent providing them production houses that may be in need of characters at that time,” Chikukwa said.
One of the agency’s models was selected as the brand ambassador of Queen B Couture boutique.
