Bulawayo businessman and former CIO agent, Ernest Tekere famous for exposing Bulawayo Roman Catholic Archbishop, Pius Ncube sex scandal in 2007 committed suicide.
Tekere was found hanged at his work place located at Josiah Tongogara Street between 12th and 13th Avenue on Monday.
According to reports, Tekere had suicidal tendencies and had attempted to take his own life twice before.
He was the owner of one of Bulawayo’s popular security company, Home Guard.
Tekere rose to prominence after he captured images and video footage of Archbishop Ncube in a compromising position with Mrs Rosemary Sibanda at St Mary’s Cathedral.
Ncube was later slapped with a $20 billion lawsuit over the alleged adultery by the woman’s husband, Onesimus.
