Kadoma establishes more vaccination centers

Kadoma City Council has introduced more Covid-19 vaccination centers as a way of decongesting existing service points.


Five health care centers were designated as vaccination centers in the town for all its residents.

In a statement the council said the decentralization process is targeting the elderly, those with chronically illness, teachers and security sector, judiciary, tourism sector and community health workers.


“Kadoma City Health Department urges all residents to utilize the decentralization initiative and get vaccinated particularly the elderly, those with chronically illness, teachers and security sector, judiciary, tourism sector and community health workers”.

The new vaccination centres in the town started operating on the 7th of April.


New vaccination centres include Waverly clinic, Rimuka clinic, Rimuka Maternity, Chemukute clinic and Ngezi clinic and they will be operating from 0800 to 1600 hours.

As at 12 April a cumulative total of 234 709 people had received their first vaccination shot and 29 304 received their second jab of the dose.
