MDC Alliance leader Advocate Nelson Chamisa met with Prime Minister of Sweden and leader of the Swedish Democratic Party, Stefan Lofven yesterday .
Chamisa’s spokesperson Dr Nkuleleko Sibanda said, “He (Chamisa) is pushing an agenda of a free, democratic, transformed and progressive Zimbabwe. Things are being shifted around. This is about Zimbabwe, next Zimbabweans will free our country.”
The MDC leader also met with Pamela Rendi-Wagner the leader of the (SPÖ) Social Democratic Party of Austria.
He also met with , Omar Feruk Osman of Somalia , who posted on his official twitter handle
“Excellent interaction with comrade @nelsonchamisa leader of official opposition party in Stockholm ,about struggle for Union rights , resistance of rights oppression and building a just society for decades of institutionalised rights abuses #zimbabwe and #Somalia have a lot in common .
MDC leader is currently attending the Progressive Alliance leaders conference in Sweden.
The alliance is a network of more than 140 progressive social democratic parties that share fundamental convictions on a just, free and equitable society.
