A police detective investigation the case between Vice President Constantino Chiwenga and his estranged wife Mary, Luxon Saurowe last week issued an apology on his Facebook page for displaying pornographic profile picture on his whatsApp account.
This comes after the detective’s account had displayed a phonographic image of two individuals being intimate prompting his contacts to question his state of mind.
Saurowe went on his Facebook timeline last week to apologise to his contacts claiming that his account has been hacked and could not access it in order to redress the anomaly.
“An apology to all my Econet WhatsApp contacts and family members and friends. My account is hacked and is displaying pornographic material on the profile picture. I am unable to access the account such that I may delete the account,” Saurowe wrote on his timeline.
National police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed that indeed Saurowe’s account had been hacked, but distanced the incident from Marry’s case.
Detective Assistant Inspector Luxon Saurowe is leading investigations in the cases in which Mary is accused of attempting to kill her husband, fraud, money laundering and externalisation of foreign currency.
