Nutty O leaving Military Touch Movement ?

All is visibly not well in the Military Touch Movement (MTM) camp as it seems one of the best chanters in the country, Nutty O might be leaving the stable.

There is a storm that has hit the social media circles with some forceful velocity where Jah Prayzah decided, for some reason not to live stream Nutty O’s performance at “The Internet of Good things” show performed last night (Friday). This has been a bitter pill to swallow for the Nutty O camp and it seems they reacted to last night’s incident.

Bustop TV talked to Nutty O’s manager, Byron Kabaira who in seemingly flowery description explained their stable’s reaction to what transpired last night.

Asked on whether his artist is breaking out of MTM, Kabaira said that he would be comfortable to comment on that after releasing their press statement in response to that. However he was keen to share thoughts about what happened yesterday.

“I would be more comfortable to start commenting on this issue (yesterday’s show) because it is probably the hot issue, as for whether he (Nutty O) is still part of Military Touch Movement or not I will comment after producing a press release later today. In case you want to know, I will tell you this for the first time. To comment that Jah Prayzah did this on his (Facebook) page and all, I feel at some point the same way people have asked about Jah Cure and Patoranking collaborations not being given to him (Nutty O) and why he was not performing at some shows.

“We got to a point we accepted that we do not feel indebted about that, we don’t need to feel like he (Jah Prayzah) owes us anything that he should do any favours for us because he is also an artist who is probably fighting for the same space.

“As much as people feel that he is the bigger artist, we are still all occupying the same space. With our different percentages (of followers), one might have more and the other fewer but we are still occupying the same space that he also wants to occupy.

“So there is a certain level of pushing another artist that I probably don’t expect from him”, said Kabaira.

He further said that what the MTM boss did was in “bad taste” and he seems to have been insinuated that yesterday was the Sarajevo of an already failing relationship.

“Coming to yesterday’s particular case when Nutty was performing and live is put everywhere, look if he has any other obligations to anybody else we still feel that at some point he also has a moral obligation towards his brother because since the creation of MTM the dream was to work together and grow together.

“If we see that three years later we cannot see any tangible endorsements coming from him honestly that’s in bad taste. It would not be emotional or too demanding for anybody to comment that what Jah Prayzah did is not expected”, he added.

It remains to be seen what announcement is to be made by the camp on Nutty O’s marriage with the MTM.
