Sanitizing officers are collecting voters names, addresses and contacts as they enter the polling station. ZEC says this is in compliance with Covid-19 regulations.

While some voters had a smooth voting process others were turned away after they failed to identify their name on the voters rolls.

Voters from Tynwald North say their voting tents G and F were mistakenly moved by ZEC to Bluffhill Open Football Ground A from Open Ground Tynwald. They were informed today to go cast their votes in Bluffhill.

Chinhoyi Ward 12

CCC candidate Dyke Makumbe has reported ZANU PF candidate Enock Fombo to ZEC after the latter put up his campaign banners along the road to the polling station.

Kuwadzana

CCC president Nelson Chamisa has cast his vote at Kuwadzana 2 Primary School. He said he is disappointed in ZEC for failing to deliver an independent election.

Harare Central

There are four polling stations at Avondale Primary School election observers from ERC and ZESN are at the polling station.

Chitungwiza Ward 2 St Mary’s

Voters at Shingai Primary School were told that their names were not on the voter’s roll but they registered to vote.

ZEC is being accused of using fake indelible ink in Mwenezi East, Pelandava Primary School polling station. CCC polling agents are said to have raised the issue to ZEC but were snubbed.
