Heart and Soul sportscaster and Eaglesvale coach, Sydney Savanhu, is proposing to host inaugural high school rugby awards in August 2020.

The awards will focus on age groups.

Bustop TV caught up with Sydney Savanhu who shared an insight into his plans.

“I am doing this because I am passionate about the game of rugby and I would like to honour the young and upcoming. Hopefully, that is going to keep our rugby stars to nations like Scotland, Australia, South Africa and the list goes on and on.”

He added that he was talking to potential sponsors.
