Chiwenga warns MDC against “lawlessness”. THE Second Republic will not tolerate lawlessness from MDC-Alliance malcontents who lost in the 2018 harmonised elections, but are plotting to destabilise the country through unlawful demonstrations, Vice-President Constantino Chiwenga has warned.
